I absolutely love the locations you choose for your photo shoots! How do you decide where to shoot, and go about getting permission from the location? Just curious! πŸ™‚ Keep up the wonderful work!

Thanks Alison! All of the homes we featured on the blog this summer were rentals. Most of them were in Jamestown, RI and we rented them for a week or two at a time. We always requested permission to shoot beforehand. I always mention the name of the place we stayed so you can find more about the homes with a google search.

    This house is gorgeous!
Do you use film cameras for some of your shoots? The photography in your posts is very classic and timeless, which is hard to do, but you all have mastered the art of it and are consistent with it.

Great photos! I love that Sadie is wearing a boys sweater. Can you tell me what size she's wearing and what size she normally wears in women's? I would love to order that sweater but have NO idea what size to get!

    Thanks!
    -AJ

    • Sarah Vickers on September 10, 2013 at 7:04 pm

Thank you! Sadie and I bought the same sweater in a size 14. She normally wears a size 2 in women's. Hope this helps.

    • FitTravelerAJ on September 10, 2013 at 7:34 pm

It does, thank you!! Too bad the 14 and the 12 are sold out online. Maybe I can stalk it in a store πŸ™‚
