Sharing a compilation of my favorite images from my trip to Japan with Brooks Brothers. While in Tokyo we stayed at the beautiful Tokyo Station Hotel. It overlooks the Imperial Palace, and on the very first morning we woke up and walked the Palace grounds that were accessible to the public. (On a side note the historic hotel building, renovated in 2012,  is directly connected to the JR Tokyo Station Marunouchi. The grand entrance of the station reminded me a bit of Grand Central and the hotel offers rooms that overlook the station for those interested in watching the comings and goings of people headed to their various destinations.)

As I mentioned in my first Japan post here, we hosted a series of workshops and a press event in Tokyo to promote the Brooks Brothers Red Fleece line. After wrapping up our events in Tokyo, we purchased bento boxes and took the bullet train to Osaka. It was one of my favorite experiences of the trip. The sun was setting just as we were leaving Tokyo and we were able to catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji.

On the final night of our stay, our Brooks Brothers Japan hosts took us to Kyoto for the night.  Kyoto steeped in tradition, was absolutely stunning. We walked along the river banks, visited one of the shrines, and sat down for traditional Japanese cuisine outdoors at one of the restaurants overlooking the river. I wish we were able to spend more time there. Kyoto is a must for anyone planning a trip to Japan.

I was in Japan over winter break, but I didn't get around to editing pictures a few weeks ago (I'm still posting them on Instagram right now haha), and hopefully I'll be able to get a travel post up about Japan soon! I'm loving your 4th and 5th outfits 🙂 Public transport is definitely one of the most authentic ways of experiencing any city! -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey's

Amazing photos and perfectly chosen outfits. One thing I love in Japan is women confidently wear feminine clothes. Pearls and skirts fit right in – Kara http://www.executive-impressions.com
