September is a great month for wearing dresses. Most mornings start off chilly, heat up during the afternoon, and then cool down for the evening. I find a long sleeve dress to be perfect for this time of year. In the mornings I leave the house with a light jacket or cardigan that can be taken off as the days goes on and temps rise.
