Here are a few sunny snapshots from our recent family trip to Sea Island, Georgia. It was a beautiful escape and the resort could not have been more gorgeous or family friendly. We packed in a few activities -- horseback riding, falconry, and a salt marsh tour, and spent the rest of our time exploring the grounds or enjoying the delicious food. This scene showcases one of my favorite rooms in the hotel. If I had time to read, it would have been the perfect reading room with the sun streaming in and the cozy couches. I loved the bird murals and the four real lovebirds (not featured) in their beautiful bird cages. 

Harry was in full vacation mode with his straw fedora hat and I was really excited to be wearing spring clothes again. This dress was a recent purchase from Zara and probably one of my favorite pieces to date. Classic blue dresses are always appropriate for almost every occasion!
