Fall is the best season to wear a blazer, the mornings always start off chilly and the afternoons can be too warm to wear a jacket. I cannot resist a good blazer and I tend to break them out more often in the months of September and October.

When it comes to riding boots I always opt for brown leather, but these black kate spade mabelle boots couldn’t be more perfect. The wooden heel dresses them down just enough to pair nicely with my favorite plaid shirts and sweater dresses for an equestrian vibe.

which was presented by Gigi Hadid and Tommy Hilfiger at the Mark Hotel.
It was an amazing experience to receive a sneak peek of the new line

I always get excited for Fall style. It’s the season for layering, and I love the textures and earthy colors. This trench cape from Nordstrom is the perfect piece to usher in a new season. It’s light-weight and great for days that start off cool and suddenly heat up.

In my closet there are a few pieces that I just can’t help but return to season after season, year after year. Today I’m sharing a few of my Fall staples that will remain classic, and versatile.
Tweed Skirt: This skirt is a J.Crew 2010 purchase and one of my absolute favorites. It looks great with cable knit sweaters, dressy blouses, turtlenecks — pretty much everything. I shared a few similar styles on the scroll bar below but I love, love this skirt for the very same reason.
