in New York City is proof that magic does exist. I’ve been in the
Christmas mode for the past couple of weeks, but I really felt the
spirit of the season in the courtyard of the New York Palace Hotel.
The Christmas tree is so beautifully decorated, it would even exceed
the expectations of a seasoned holiday enthusiast such as Clark Griswold.
I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel this
weekend and the lobby is just as festive.
So many holiday parties, so little time to make the most of the season. I have put together a list of some of my favorite finds to gift the

This past weekend was freezing! For me it was a not so subtle reminder that winter boot season is nearly here. I live in flats and heels almost year round but some days are just too cold for it, especially when there is snow on the ground. I was tempted to stay indoors but figured it would be good to get a little fresh air.

Classy Girls Wear Pearls x Rue La La Wish List
It’s that wonderful time of year again! To get in the holiday spirit I teamed up with Rue La La to create a Holiday Wish List using their new app (you can create your own). This project really put me in the holiday shopping mode. Rue La La is the perfect place to find something for everyone on my list, myself included. The suede Fendi pumps would look perfect wrapped up under my tree!
I also wanted to share some of my favorite holiday pictures from the past few years.
The week before Black Friday is
always hectic for everyone at Kiel James Patrick. This year to add to
our holiday stress we are introducing a few exciting new products, and
there has been a lot of last minute details to attend to before we can
release them. Kiel and I always call this time of year the Christmas
Crunch and lately that has involved working a lot of long nights with
Starbucks Peppermint Mochas to get us though it.

Special thanks to Mystic Aquarium for hosting one of the best days I can remember. On Tuesday I received a special tour of Mystic and it was a wonderful experience. I’ve visited Mystic Aquarium every year since I was a child, and Kiel and I even had one of our first dates there.
