Before my recent trip to Charleston, I ordered a few new pieces from Zara, including this floral midi skirt. Midi skirts took some time to grow on me but I’m starting to like them more and more. For one they cover up my pale legs (I cannot wait for summer), and they are so versatile. If my skirt is a little high-waisted I love to pair it with a crop top such as this. For me it’s an easy breezy ready to take on the day outfit. 

For this stay we found the best Airbnb rental that I highly recommend. It’s a one bedroom Kitchen House on the grounds of a historic Plantation on John’s Island. The property is called Fenwick Hall. It’s in a convenient location, just ten minutes from Charleston. I fell in love with the grounds and the Spanish Moss Trees on the property as featured in this post. If you are looking for peaceful and remote this is the place to be. The kitchen house we stayed in can only accommodate two people but there is another listing on the property here with three bedrooms.
