Fall Foliage Run

Scenes from Route 302 in New Hampshire — Over the weekend Kiel and I took a road trip up North to Bretton Woods. We stayed at one of our favorite hotels, the Mount Washington Hotel. During the winter it becomes a true winter wonderland but it is just as gorgeous in the Fall. The foliage was not quite peak but the view from the hotel and scenes along route 302 and Crawford Notch (see my winter post) were stunning! I would love to go back next year to hike some of the trails along the Notch. If you are planning a foliage trip this year there is still plenty of time to visit within the next couple of weeks.


I was so happy that the weather was finally crisp and comfortable. I wore this J.Crew shawl with a couple of different outfits. It’s easy to pack and ideal for light layering. The Cuyana sweater is cozy and oversized. I love the sleeves. I’m wearing a size S but would definitely order a size down normally. As I’m limited in what I can wear these days I love pieces that I can mix and match.
