Sharing a couple of holiday looks created with a few pieces from our Kiel James Patrick line. I can’t get enough of tartan this time of year! It instantly makes any ensemble festive and cozy and can be dressed up or dressed down depending on the shoes and accessories. I have received a lot of questions about what to wear under our shift dresses. They can be worn alone or with a blouse or turtleneck underneath. This, this, this, or this shirt would pair perfectly.

Tis the season for Friendsgiving! Earlier this month our friends Kat and Jeremy hosted a friendsgiving dinner at their charming family farmhouse in Connecticut. Each guest was responsible to bring a dish. Kiel and I were assigned a charcuterie board. I was thrilled! I get a lot of enjoyment out of putting together a pretty spread. There are so many different ways to put a cheese board together and there’s really no right way to do it. For me it’s the ultimate pre-dinner snack.
Kiel posted a story of my board on his Instagram account and I received a lot of questions about it.

Right after Halloween my thoughts immediately turn to winter. Kiel and I usually experience our first snowfall around Thanksgiving when we spend the holiday in New Hampshire with Kiel’s family. I love to stock up on winter essentials such as boots and knee socks a few weeks in advance of Black Friday to bring along on my trip.
This fall I’m really loving Sezane. The brand has become my new go to for staple pieces. The clothes are really well made and classic with a tailored fit. On most days I tend to wear some version of the outfit featured in this post– cozy sweater, jeans, loafers, and a wool coat to tie my look together. I tend to love a look that is put together but also comfortable. Sezane is great for both those everyday pieces and ensembles for the office.
