Pancake Charcuterie Board
I love a good charcuterie board. Mine are typically made up of cheese and prosciutto, two things I always have to have in my fridge, but a breakfast board brings the charcuterie board concept to an entire new level. Kiel prepared this breakfast board for me on Mother’s Day, with a little help from Harry. It included everything I could ever want for breakfast — pancakes, waffles, fresh fruit, bacon, whipped cream, and a side of mimosas. I was in heaven. He even included a caramelized banana topping which is my absolute favorite topping for waffles. Not a bad way to start off Mother’s Day.
There is no denying that I really enjoy putting charcuterie boards together. This was a really fun Mother’s Day surprise. I’m hoping to try my hand at putting my own breakfast board together in the future. The possibilities are endless with breakfast foods. Every time I share this board that is featured I always get so many questions. It’s from Pottery Barn, and it’s the largest size in this style of board. I have had it for a few years now and it’s my go to for larger spreads.
