St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner! I always look forward to this holiday. For me it serves as a prelude to spring. The weather outside inches closer towards warmer (more tolerable) temps just in time for the local parades. It’s the perfect opportunity to dress festively in shades of green and clovers and to eat lots of corn beef & cabbage.
