Coats are my weakness. While I love a beautiful pair of shoes, I have a really hard time resisting “that perfect” coat. Fall in Rhode Island can be pretty brisk and in the winter it is usually too cold to leave home without an extra added layer.  Coats are basically the focal point of every single one of my outfits from October to March. I recently purchased this Kate Spade coat from Nordstrom. I was looking for a white jacket (this turned out to be a very light grey) and this instantly caught my eye. I really loved the flared hem, and jeweled buttons. I wore my coat without the faux fur collar for Fall but I can’t wait to dress up my look with the fur collar in winter. Nordstrom has a really beautiful collection of winter coats this season. I shared some of my favorites below.

    Love this coat! Your 6th photo should be what Nordstrom uses to sell this coat on their site – the photos they have on their site do not do this coat any justice! I'd never think the two are the same! So much better visually via your blog.
