Sezane Staples

Coat: APC (old), Sweater: Everlane, Pants: Anthropologie, Shoes: Jimmy Choo, Bag: Tory Burch, Hat: Rag & Bone
Last month Kiel and I went to NYC for a textile show with our Kiel James Patrick team. While we were there I couldn’t resist stopping into Sezane. We always love staying at the Bowery Hotel and I was excited to learn that the Nolita location was only a short five minute walk away. Over the past couple of years I have purchased many of my wardrobe staples on their online website. It was exciting to see the brand come to life in brick and mortar form. The store was everything I hoped it would be — clean and easy to shop with the effortless Parisian chic style that customers have come to expect.
Sezane has a clearly defined aesthetic that is consistent in everything they do from clothing design, to photography style, right down to product packaging. I always appreciate the little details that make the customer experience special. With Sezane, it’s always exciting to see the new print of the season lining the interior of the box with the brand’s signature scent being the first thing I smell as I eagerly unwrap my new purchase. Even more impressive is that all of my orders are being shipped from France and typically arrive two days later for free when I spend over $200.
On this particular shopping trip I purchased this shirt and these pants. I have been wearing the shirt with a few different looks and I admittedly still need to get the pants hemmed. If you live in NYC Sezane offers free tailoring for purchases in store. I definitely would have taken advantage of it had I lived in the area. Finding a good tailor in RI is very hard. The pants are really long on me and I typically like them to crop at the ankle. Other recent purchases include this sweater, skirt, and coat. The sweater and skirt sold out in less than a week with only a couple of sizes left.
I want to note that this post is not sponsored at all. I just wanted to share a brand that I really love.
