The Classic Polo
Today I’m sharing a few images from our Kiel James Patrick polo photoshoot with Sadie. Women’s polos are a classic wardrobe staple and I’m really excited that we are finally offering them for our brand. Each one of our polos is embroidered with our signature Kiel James Patrick logo. We are offering them in 5 different colors — each color named after a flower that can be found in various New England summer destinations.
For me the polo has always been a really versatile article of clothing. They can be worn with jeans, chino shorts, denim cutoffs, gingham cropped pants, a tennis skirt, over a bathing suit to the beach, or dressed up with a long maxi skirt. There is almost no wrong way to wear a polo. I shared a few different ways that I wear them in this post. For a casual summer day spent at home or elsewhere the polo shirt always looks comfortable and put together. Fun fact — Kiel and I in our much younger years (2003) started our first business scouring thrifts stores across New England for vintage Lacoste polos to sell on eBay. We called our business Wicked Vintage. At that point in my life a polo combined with an Abercrombie denim skirt was pretty much my summer uniform. Whenever I put one on it always takes me back to that time.

All of these looks are so cute – the mint polo and navy shorts is my favorite though I have pinned them all to my style board!
