Happy June 1st — the unofficial first day of summer as far as I’m concerned. Summer’s arrival is always something to look forward to — longer nights, sundresses, and lots of outdoor adventures. Sharing three summer looks in partnership with Talbots today. I’m really excited to be featured on their front page. Check out my Style Story where I share a couple of my summer entertaining ideas including the ultimate S’mores board.
Spring has sprung at the Shire! Kiel and I took these family photos a couple of days before Easter at the Hobbit Hole at the Preserve in Rhode Island. A few months back we had the pleasure of eating inside the hobbit hole with friends for dinner. The inside is as cozy as you can imagine, especially when there is a fire roaring, candles lit on the table, and cozy fur blankets draped on the chairs.
Introducing my favorite sweater this season — the Garden Bee Sweater. It’s the perfect light-weight cotton linen sweater for spring days that are warm in the sun and cool in the shade. I just love the slightly marled knit on the green sweater combined with the bee and floral embroidered design. I’ve been wearing mine over a dress or with jeans.
