Speakeasy, the female counterpart to Moonshine, is the latest fragrance by EastWest Bottlers. It’s perfect for a girl like myself who loves a sophisticated yet subtle scent. The gentlemen behind the perfume combined notes of pink peppercorn, white moss, sapphire gin, patchouli, and nutmeg to create this wonderful concoction. It is rare for me to find a scent I really enjoy, but I was sold the second I dabbed my wrist.
Good packaging always catches my attention. It’s the little extra details that leave a lasting impression. Reminiscent of antique perfume bottles, Speakeasy will be displayed on my vanity table for years to come. An added bonus is the lovely wooden box it comes in. That packaging is to die for!
It's so elegant and slightly extravagant while also being kind of a combination of contrasts. I absolutely adore it and could picture it as a decoration piece!
As for the wooden box, that's too cool. The contrast between the luxury of the perfume bottle and the simplicity of the wooden box is really quite something. That's kind of what we look for in life isn't it? We try to find that perfect balance of contrasting ideas and sometimes, it's just right in front of us.
Not to get all philosophical on you though! 🙂I'm looking forward to getting a whiff of Speakeasy hopefully some time in the near future. The combination sounds divine!

This is such a beautiful looking perfume! I absolutely adore packaging that is pretty and classy and compliments the product at hand. I especially love classic antique looking perfume bottles. It definitely matches the title of the perfume. Can't wait to see who the lucky winner is 🙂
