Curie was rescued by the aquarium a little over a year ago due to a
respiratory infection. It was beautiful to witness not only the return
of the seals to their natural environment, but also the joy of the Stranding staff and volunteers who made their release possible.
offered me the position of Ambassador to the Stranding Program. I’m
not only honored but excited for this opportunity to work with the
aquarium and to raise awareness to the program. As part of
my involvement with this endeavor I will also be donating all revenue
from Classy Girls Wear Pearls to Mystic Aquarium. Mystic and the Sea
Research Foundation play a huge role in the community and all donations
go to educational programs for children, sea exploration, nature
conservation, rescuing wildlife, and training specialists. To donate or

I love that you are doing this! I went to marine biology camp as a kid and it was a wonderful experience. So grateful for the people who make opportunities like that possible. These seals are just the cutest too!
