Friday Finds: Plaid State of Mind

I never saw a plaid coat I didn’t like! Plaid is always my go to pattern this season especially with the holidays quickly arriving. I have a closet stocked with flannels, button downs, and of course my Kiel James Patrick cozy cabin dresses to warm up the coldest days. A plaid scarf or button up also add a nice pop of color to a basic outfit. Plaid on plaid never almost never fails! As long as you are mixing the right plaid patterns. The size of the checks and the pattern colors are key. I wore this outfit in 2010. The coat was a vintage find and the skirt was one of my favorite pieces that J.Crew ever came out with. I sadly gave the coat away but still have the skirt. I’ve worn it many times over the years. Sharing a few plaid pieces I’m loving this season below.
