One week until Valentine’s Day! Can’t believe it lands on a Friday this year. The holiday lineup for 2020 couldn’t be more perfect. This year a night in at home sounds like heaven to me but I do love dressing for the occasion whether it be in heart themed pajamas or a comfy silk heart blouse.
The Perfect Shoe

Earlier this month I talked about wanting to share more of my everyday looks — my outfit in today’s post is one of them. I’ve worn this turtleneck sweater, blazer, shoe and bag combo a number of times over the last few weeks. It’s an effortless outfit (my favorite kind) that always appears stylish and put together.

Tropical Green

I always love a green dress! This silk dress from HVN is especially flattering. I really love the sleeves. I purchased it on sale before we left for vacation and there were only a few left in stock. I’m looking forward to wearing it all Spring and Summer long. It’s an easy to wear piece.
The Bermuda Quarter Zip
I would love to revisit this breathtaking scene from our latest Kiel James Patrick photoshoot in Saint Barthélemy. On one of the last night’s of our trip we sailed around the harbor in Gustavia on a catamaran to shoot one of our latest products — the Bermuda Quarter Zip. As I write this I wonder why we didn’t name it the Saint Barthélemy Quarter Zip instead. The night was perfectly warm and the water just choppy enough to make the boat ride extra fun.

Back this week with another short outfit post. Kiel and I are still going through photos from our recent trip to St. Bart’s. We visited the gorgeous island to shoot pieces from our early Spring ’20 line. Our work should be live on Kiel James Patrick early next week and we are really looking forward to introducing it.
Winter Date Night

For my birthday this year I really wanted to go ice skating. I’ve never skated professionally but I’ve always loved skating whether it be on ice or at a roller rink. When I found out that Gurney’s in Newport not only has a skating rink but also a Harry Potter themed igloo I knew what my plans would be — it turned out to be a wonderful opportunity for a birthday date night.

Happy New Year! Hope everyone’s new year is off to a great start. I still can’t believe 2020 is upon us. When I graduated from high school this new decade seemed light years away. I’ve learned to never take time for granted.
Veuve for the Holidays
